Porsche Design has partnered with Ananda Development, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, to launch the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok—a groundbreaking luxury residence situated in one of the city’s most coveted locations. This development marks the first of its kind in Asia and only the third globally, following similar projects in Miami and Stuttgart.

The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will feature 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex ‘Sky Villas’ ranging from 525 to 1,135 square meters, each aiming to redefine standards of luxury living. With prices starting at USD 15 million and reaching up to USD 40 million, the project is set to begin construction next year, with completion expected by the end of 2028.

This unique tower is the result of a visionary collaboration between Porsche Design, celebrated for its innovative aesthetics, and Ananda Development, recognized for its superior engineering and meticulous craftsmanship. Together, they have created what is anticipated to become an architectural icon, offering cutting-edge design and bespoke living spaces that resonate with the passions of its future residents.

A standout feature of the tower is the inclusion of “Passion Spaces”—private, ultra-luxury garages designed for the residents’ prized automobile collections. These customizable spaces serve as both a sanctuary and a versatile environment for hosting gatherings or indulging in personal pursuits. Located in the heart of Bangkok, these garages offer more than just storage; they are conceived as dynamic spaces for social and exclusive events.

Central to the building is “The Loop,” a spiral car ramp that provides direct access to the “Passion Spaces.” The building’s facade embodies a blend of functionality and innovation, allowing spaces to be transformed with the press of a button. Drawing inspiration from the “Kinetic Move” of the Porsche 911 Targa’s roof mechanism, the facade features a fully automated terrace door system, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living for its residents.

The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok also features a distinctive architectural element known as the “X-Frame,” an exposed pedestal structure inspired by the exoskeleton design of Porsche’s Mission R concept car. This bold design creates a striking entry experience for residents and visitors alike. At the top of the 95-meter, 21-story tower, “The Crown” adds another layer of distinction with a lighting design reminiscent of Porsche’s iconic sportscars, creating a memorable presence on Bangkok’s skyline.

Inside, the tower’s interiors are designed to provide a truly luxurious living experience, with exclusive materials and bespoke furniture throughout. The kitchens are meticulously crafted with a technical, high-end aesthetic, featuring electrically operated drawers and cabinet doors for a seamless, hands-free experience, alongside custom appliances and elegant, durable wooden finishes. The building offers a range of top-tier facilities, including a 25-meter swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa, a social lounge, and a business lounge.

Situated in Sukhumvit 38, an area noted for its upscale character, the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok offers a unique blend of serenity and convenience. Located on the quieter, even-numbered side of Sukhumvit Road in the dynamic Thonglor neighborhood, it provides residents with a private and peaceful retreat while being just moments away from premium restaurants, trendy cafes, shopping malls, entertainment centers, and a host of leisure activities.
