After a sensational debut in late May, Les Amours de Carmen Wong is back for two encore performances at The Peninsula Hong Kong – complete with fine-dining flair at two of the city’s most celebrated culinary institutions. Presented in partnership with the French May Arts Festival, this operatic reimagining of Bizet’s classic Carmen fuses East and West, transporting the story of the headstrong femme fatale to 1960s–70s Hong Kong.

Performed by a stellar cast including tenor Chen Yong, mezzo-soprano Ashley Chui, soprano Etta Fung, and baritone Isaac Droscha, the production returns for two exclusive evenings in July and September 2025.
