At Monterey Car Week, Hennessey Special Vehicles unveiled its boldest creation yet: the Venom F5 Revolution LF, a one-of-one hypercar commissioned through the Texas manufacturer’s newly launched bespoke division, Maverick.

The Venom F5 Revolution LF was presented at The Quail on August 15 as the ultimate expression of individuality, engineering ambition, and American pride. Spearheaded by American entrepreneur and passionate collector Louis Florey, every detail of the car was personally specified—ranging from its distinctive Cocoa Brown exposed carbon fiber to its tailored aerodynamic package.

The commission marks the debut of Maverick, Hennessey’s personalization program designed for a select group of clients seeking uniquely configured Venom F5s. More than just a showcase of customization, the Revolution LF pushes the boundaries of the hypercar category, underscoring Hennessey’s ambition to keep America at the forefront of performance innovation.

Built on a brand-new carbon fiber tub, the LF pairs Hennessey’s latest Evolution package with an open-top F5 in track-focused Revolution specification. Its design evolves from the rare “Stealth Series,” with exposed carbon flowing across the bodywork before tapering beneath a 290 mm-high rear wing. A Coco Brown tint, River Sand Metallic accents, and a tri-stripe detail create a striking visual identity, while a six-speed gated manual transmission delivers an analog driving purity rare in today’s hypercar landscape.

Aerodynamics are extensively reimagined, previewing design cues from the forthcoming Venom F5 Evolution production model. A new front splitter, reshaped dive planes, re-sculpted fender louvres, a revised rear deck, and a taller rear wing work in harmony with upgraded suspension and Hennessey’s 6.6-liter twin-turbo V8 “Fury” engine. Producing 2,031 bhp, the powertrain ensures the LF delivers relentless performance both on the road and at the track—with or without its roof.

Inside, the Revolution LF redefines the cockpit around analog connection and craftsmanship. A next-generation carbon monocoque improves stiffness and ergonomics, while a gated H-pattern shifter milled from solid aluminum takes center stage on the console. Details lean into watchmaking precision: luminous-infill switchgear, a bolt-action parking brake, and laser-etched pedals all reflect Hennessey’s obsession with mechanical artistry.

The launch of Maverick signals a new chapter for Hennessey. Customers will be able to collaborate with the brand’s designers and engineers to shape one-of-one creations through custom paints, mechanical upgrades, reimagined interiors, and entirely new bodywork concepts. The Venom F5 Revolution LF stands as the most complex and expensive F5 to date, setting the tone for future commissions that celebrate individuality without compromise.

Beyond the bespoke debut, Hennessey also revealed the Venom F5 Revolution Evolution to the public for the first time. Delivering 2,031 bhp, the Evolution becomes the world’s most powerful internal combustion road car and represents the next evolution of America’s Hypercar. Featuring heightened aerodynamics, adaptive suspension, a new interior, and available touring features, it solidifies Hennessey’s place at the pinnacle of performance engineering.

The Venom F5 Revolution LF may be a one-off commission, but its spirit will echo in future Maverick projects—each as bold, uncompromising, and uniquely American as the clients who commission them.
