Fable & Spirit has extended its Dinner service to Monday, welcoming the summer season at Newport Beach’s Lido Marina. This expansion gives both loyal locals and visitors the chance to enjoy the restaurant’s offerings every night of the week. On Mondays, patrons will be treated to a special dish: the renowned Fabled Fried Chicken, paired with a half-bottle of champagne selected by Sommelier Ali Coyle.

Originally introduced during the pandemic, Fable & Spirit’s Fabled Fried Chicken quickly gained popularity among Newport Beach residents, leading to its inclusion on the menu at Dublin 4 Gastropub in Mission Viejo. Served with jalapeno cheddar cornbread, applewood-smoked bacon, collard greens, potato puree, and habanero honey, this enticing fried chicken entrée will be available exclusively on Mondays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Fable & Spirit.

Located at 3441 Via Lido in Newport Beach, Fable & Spirit has expanded its Dinner service hours to accommodate guests throughout the week. From Monday through Thursday, dinner is available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., while on Friday and Saturday, the restaurant extends its service until 9:30 p.m. On Sunday, guests can enjoy dinner from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. In addition, Fable & Spirit offers a delightful Brunch service from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
