Vibee, a company specializing in destination experiences and VIP packages for live events, has created “Zoo Station: A U2:UV Experience,” offering fans a unique chance to immerse themselves in U2’s rich artistic legacy. This fan hub was developed in anticipation of U2’s highly awaited ‘U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere’ shows, set to launch the world’s most advanced venue in Las Vegas. In collaboration with Gavin Friday, U2’s long-serving Creative Director, and with direct input from the band members themselves, Zoo Station spans an impressive 12,000 square feet of interactive exhibit space spread across two floors. Conveniently situated within The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas, which offers direct access to Sphere, it promises an unforgettable experience.

Last night, the exterior of Sphere, known as the Exosphere, dazzled with the illumination of approximately 1.2 million LED pucks covering its expansive 580,000 square foot surface. This captivating display marked the introduction of U2:UV Achtung Baby Live content, celebrating the announcement of Zoo Station and building excitement for the band’s forthcoming series of shows.

The exhibit draws its name from “Zoo Station,” the opening track on U2’s iconic 1991 album, Achtung Baby, and the nickname for Zoologischer Garten, an actual train station located near Hansa Studios, where much of the album was recorded. Open to the public daily, the exhibit invites fans to delve into the origins and inspirations behind Achtung Baby and its pioneering Zoo TV Tour, which envisioned a technologically-driven future. Visitors can explore everything from the historic train station entrance to intricate sound design, a life-sized subway car, a display of vintage Trabant cars, and an interactive Satellite of Love media station.

The ground floor of Zoo Station features an industrial train station aesthetic, transitioning to a more modern and futuristic ambiance on the second floor. Here, the exhibit pays tribute to Sphere shows and the band’s innovative contributions to live music entertainment. Fans can enjoy the Ultra Violet lounge for music and shopping, and the Fly Bar for beverages and interactive art. Vibee’s VIP package purchasers receive priority access and exclusive access to special events at these lounges. The second floor also houses the Zoo TV Cinema, an intimate theater curated by The Edge, which will host daily screenings of rare band footage and films.

The highlighted attractions at Zoo Station encompass:

1. Anton Corbijn Gallery: An expansive retrospective exhibition of the celebrated photographer Anton Corbijn’s work. This showcase will continually rotate photographs and videos spanning his illustrious five-decade collaboration with U2. Anton Corbijn himself will personally curate this space.

2. U2 Pop Up Shop: A distinctive retail establishment offering never-before-seen merchandise and an array of music titles. An exclusive collection of limited-edition items, created solely for this immersive experience, will be accessible throughout its duration. Vibee VIP pass holders and Fan Club members will enjoy additional, exclusive shopping opportunities and designated areas.

3. Zoo TV Cinema: Curated by The Edge, this intimate theater is open to the general public and will present five daily film screenings. The lineup includes rare and previously unreleased concert footage from U2’s global performances, original content such as “Beyond The Tour,” “A Day In The Life Of The Edge,” and more. Tickets and screening schedules will be made available in the coming weeks.

Zoo Station is designed to serve as a central hub and destination where individuals can celebrate, gather, shop, access exclusive U2 content, and immerse themselves in the band’s storied history. The ground floor will house the U2 Pop-Up Merch Shop, the Anton Corbjin gallery, and interactive installations, all of which will be open to the general public and free of charge. Priority access to the second floor will be granted to Vibee VIP pass holders and Zoo Cinema ticket holders. On performance days, the fan portal will exclusively welcome Vibee VIP passholders from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
