Yumi Katsura’s Autumn/Winter 2023-2024 collection was presented at Meiji Kinenkan in Akasaka, Japan. This was the 89th show held in Japan and the first in three years, featuring a Japanese wedding style for the new era under the concept of “SHINING LOVE.” The show opened with an elegant afternoon dress, perfect for daily wear, with a pink gradation design reminiscent of cherry blossoms. The dress features a pleated light fabric that sways gracefully with every step, creating a refined silhouette.

The highlight of the show was Yumi Katsura’s “Luxury Bride” wedding dress, crafted with the finest materials over a period of six months to a year. The audience particularly applauded the dress with glittering embroidery on glossy satin fabric. The evening dress, which completed the reception, had an artistic finish that changed expression depending on the angle. Additionally, delicate dresses such as the pink tulle dress with delicate black embroidery under black tulle, and a dress with three-dimensional flower motifs on the left and right were also showcased.
