On July 31, 2022, Michelin-starred chef and culinary visionary Daniel Calvert will host a special collaboration at SÉZANNE with Natsuko Shoji, Asia’s Best Female Chef and owner of été, one of Tokyo’s most exclusive and loved French fine dining restaurants.

The four-hand collaboration invites guests to savor specialties from both restaurants. Chef Daniel’s classically rooted modern French cuisine meets Chef Natsuko’s artful and minimalist French fare to create a sublime dining experience.

Ever since the two award-winning chefs teamed up for the first SÉZANNE X été event in 2021, epicures in Tokyo have been looking forward to a second edition. Available for one day only, the celebration menu will be served for lunch and dinner, priced at JPY 63,000 per guest (inclusive of taxes and service charge).

Diners can elevate their meal with an eclectic curation of Champagnes and wines, available for an additional charge. The six-seater Private Dining Room may be reserved for dinner.
