Cooking tech has spent years promising convenience, but CES 2026 is where it starts to feel genuinely hands off. At this year’s show, Brisk It is leaning hard into that idea, debuting the next generation of its AI powered cooking platform while previewing two new products that expand its vision beyond the grill. The Neoma AI Countertop Oven and the AI Hybrid Gas Grill together point to a future where planning, shopping, and cooking collapse into a single, largely invisible system.
Brisk It has long positioned itself at the intersection of food and automation, but its latest update shifts the conversation from smart appliances to an AI native kitchen ecosystem. Rather than asking users to micromanage recipes or cooking modes, the company is building a system designed to think ahead. The updated Brisk It AI is meant to understand how people actually eat over time, factoring in health goals, budgets, schedules, and personal taste, then quietly handling the rest.
According to founder and CEO Christopher Huang, the goal is to remove the tradeoffs that usually come with cooking at home. Flavor, nutrition, time, and cost are often treated as competing priorities. Brisk It AI is designed to balance all of them at once by learning from the user and adapting continuously. With the introduction of both an indoor oven and a new outdoor grill, that experience now extends across the full range of everyday cooking.
Brisk It was founded in 2020 and first made its name with an award winning AI powered grill that helped define the smart grilling category. Since then, the company has been steadily expanding toward a broader intelligent kitchen strategy. Earlier versions of its AI could generate cooking programs from text, voice, or images, but they were largely limited to automating a single meal at a time. The 2026 platform update represents a meaningful step forward, moving from session based automation to long term personalization.
The new Brisk It AI acts less like a recipe engine and more like a combined kitchen assistant and nutrition planner. It learns a user’s dietary preferences, health objectives, budget constraints, and lifestyle patterns, then uses that context to generate complete weekly meal plans. From there, the system can source ingredients, place grocery orders, and coordinate deliveries so food arrives when it is needed. Once cooking begins, any meal in the plan can be executed autonomously on a compatible Brisk It appliance.
At the center of this approach is agentic AI that proactively adapts over time. The platform is designed to learn continuously, refine recommendations, and adjust plans as goals or habits change. It supports personalized meal planning aligned with dietary and budget needs, automated ingredient sourcing and delivery, and fully autonomous cooking across supported devices. The promise is less time spent thinking about food logistics and more time spent enjoying the results.
The Neoma Multi Function AI Oven brings that promise indoors for the first time. Designed as a countertop appliance, Neoma is powered by Brisk It AI and built to handle a wide range of everyday cooking tasks with minimal input. It offers precise temperature control from 90 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and supports cooking times ranging from one minute up to twelve hours. That flexibility allows it to cover everything from air frying and baking to roasting and slow cooking.
Physically, the oven balances durability with accessibility. A steel body and glass door house a spacious interior, while included accessories such as an air fry basket, baking pan, oven rack, and crumb tray make it easy to adapt to different cooking styles. Neoma is positioned as an entry point into an AI supported kitchen rather than a niche gadget, emphasizing ease of use over complexity.
Outdoors, Brisk It is expanding its footprint with the AI Hybrid Gas Grill. Building on the success of its AI enabled pellet grills, this new model combines fully digital flame control with wood pellet combustion. The result is a hybrid approach that brings wood smoked flavor into the speed and convenience of gas grilling. High heat cooking and low effort operation are central to the design, with the AI handling adjustments in the background.
Fully integrated with Brisk It AI, the hybrid grill can execute adaptive cooking programs and personalized meal plans generated by the platform. It continues the company’s focus on making advanced grilling technology approachable for everyday backyard cooks, rather than limiting it to enthusiasts willing to tinker with settings and techniques.
Brisk It will showcase its updated AI platform and new hardware at CES 2026 at the Venetian Expo, Halls A through D, Booth 51519 in the Food Tech section. Attendees will be able to see live demonstrations of the system building meal plans, ordering ingredients, and managing cooking from start to finish using both the Neoma oven and the AI Hybrid Gas Grill.
The AI Hybrid Gas Grill is expected to arrive through select retailers in 2026. The Neoma AI Countertop Oven will debut first via a Kickstarter campaign in February 2026, giving early backers access to Brisk It’s first indoor cooking appliance ahead of a broader retail rollout. Brisk It AI itself will be offered as a subscription service that unlocks personalized meal planning, automatic grocery sourcing, and autonomous cooking features, with pricing to be announced later in the year.
At a show often dominated by screens and silicon, Brisk It’s pitch feels refreshingly grounded. It imagines a future where AI does not just assist with cooking, but quietly takes responsibility for it, freeing people to focus less on logistics and more on the simple act of sitting down to eat.
