Luxury meets culinary artistry this summer as Tiffany & Co. brings a fresh taste of New York to Tokyo. In early August 2025, the iconic jeweler is set to unveil Blue Box Cafe by Natsuko Shoji inside its brand new Tiffany Ginza flagship, the largest Tiffany store in Asia.

Scheduled to open on July 11, 2025, the multi-level Tiffany Ginza store is a bold reimagining of the brand’s legendary New York flagship The Landmark, blending high jewelry with immersive design and cultural experiences. Alongside rare archive pieces and iconic collections, the space will house Japan’s first Blue Box Cafe, offering a taste of Tiffany’s signature elegance in edible form.
At the helm of the cafe’s concept is none other than Natsuko Shoji, the visionary chef behind Tokyo’s Michelin-starred été. Shoji, already a name to know after being crowned Asia’s Best Pastry Chef in 2020 and Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2022, is curating a menu that seamlessly fuses the refined palettes of New York and Tokyo. Expect more than just breakfast at Tiffany’s — this is culinary storytelling elevated to an art form.
Tiffany Ginza isn’t just a retail destination. It’s a cultural landmark in the making, and Blue Box Cafe by Natsuko Shoji is shaping up to be its crown jewel.
