On July 18, Arctic Bath invites guests to an evening defined by exceptional wines, intimate connections, and subtle, memorable surprises. The Winemaker’s Dinner is a standout event of the summer season, thoughtfully created in collaboration with Peter Vegh, a close friend and trusted partner of Arctic Bath.

Vegh has been part of the Arctic Bath story for many years, and for this occasion, he returns with a hand-selected collection of some of his most remarkable wines. Many of these bottles are rare, offering a once-in-a-lifetime tasting opportunity.
The evening begins with a vertical tasting featuring wines from a Bordeaux estate whose history stretches back to 1610. Each vintage reveals its own story and offers a unique window into the past. With every glass, guests are invited to explore the deep heritage of winemaking. Some of the most distinctive bottles have been set aside especially for this evening, paired thoughtfully with the menu to follow.
This event also celebrates something deeply important to Arctic Bath: the value of long-term partnerships and the immersive culinary experience it offers.
The food philosophy at Arctic Bath is shaped by nature, simplicity, and a deep respect for the local environment. Ingredients from the Arctic region are prepared with care and creativity, resulting in flavours that reflect the land and the season. Every dish tells a story, guided by its origins and the moment it’s served.
The menu for the evening is a unique version of Arctic Bath’s signature Arctic Culinary Experience, carefully tailored to the character of the wines. As always, guests can expect moments of gentle surprise—unexpected combinations, new flavours, and experiences that linger beyond the final course.
