Qatar Airways, serving as the F1 Global Partner and title sponsor of the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix, delivered a culture-shifting moment at Lusail International Circuit. In collaboration with global creative force Swizz Beatz and The Dean Collection, the airline revealed the first-ever F1 aircraft designed by Swizz, introduced with a dramatic fly-past that set the tone for day one of the Grand Prix. David Beckham was among the notable figures present, amplifying the star power of the reveal.
The custom Boeing 777-300ER, wrapped in the debut Creative 100 livery, stunned the crowd as it swept over the Start/Finish line just before racing began. It instantly became one of the weekend’s standout visuals — an F1-inspired livery moment expanded to the scale of a wide-body jet, blending aviation swagger with motorsport energy.

Aviation designer and Creative 100 inductee Aurora Sabo translated Swizz Beatz’s creative vision into a sharply engineered exterior. She crafted the trim lines, color palette and visual rhythm with the Qatar Airways brand team, ensuring flawless execution across the massive 777-300ER fuselage. Known for her work in luxury private jet design, this project marks her first commercial aircraft and the largest canvas of her career.
The weekend also featured the Creative 100 Celebration Lunch hosted by Qatar Airways, Swizz Beatz and The Dean Collection, bringing together global cultural leaders, top athletes and major entertainment names. Expected guests included Emily Blunt, Jessica Alba, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Kevin Hart, Novak Djokovic and Rio Ferdinand, creating a high-impact mix of creativity, sport and global influence.
Creative 100, launched this October at Art Basel Paris, is a multi-year global platform spotlighting leading creators across art, design, music, fashion, innovation and culture. Through collaborations, commissions and worldwide showcases, the initiative moves creativity across the Qatar Airways network.
By unveiling a Swizz Beatz–designed aircraft during one of Formula 1’s most-watched weekends and curating a gathering of world-renowned cultural figures, Qatar Airways and Creative 100 make a bold statement: major sporting events are now global stages where creativity, culture and innovation take flight with the same force as the machines on the track.
